About the event
LymphEd and A Step Ahead Physical Therapy are excited to announce an upcoming Treatment of Ortho-Related Edema Course. The 12 hour course will cover the following:
Evidence-based updates in the physiology/pathology of ortho-related edema
Evaluation techniques for ortho-related edema of upper & lower extremities
Compression options, including compression bandaging, of upper & lower extremities.
Other treatment concepts one can incorporate into physical therapy to reduce ortho-related edema
Note: there is a 1 hour home program with this course
