Learn why you should never engage in static stretching before you run and how to loosen up tight hamstrings in less than 5 minutes without a single stretch. If you've ever complained about tight hamstrings, this clinic is for you. A discussion on stretching, hips, and hamstrings will be followed by demonstrations, a warm up, and a group 5k. A 2 mile course is available for newer runners.
