Post Surgical Care
We will work closely with your surgeon to make sure that you are advanced through your rehab process at just the right pace. We desire a completely successful outcome for you. It is important to follow your Surgeon's Restrictions and guidelines for progression of activity and weight bearing. We offer the expertise and equipment to help you do this successfully.
Some doctors delay starting Physical Therapy after a surgery until a patient is safe and mobile enough to get to a clinic. At A Step Ahead Physical Therapy, we can start you off at home through our mobile services and then transition you to the clinic once you are more stabilized and more mobile. Sometimes, the getting to and from the office will undo the merits of the office visit. This way, treatment can start sooner and safer.
