Degenerative or OsteoArthritis is a very common Orthopedic concern that is treated at A Step Ahead Physical Therapy. We work with clients of all ages to resolve typical orthopedic injuries and issues such as hip, knee, back, neck and shoulder pain. We also work to prevent recurrence of these problems.
We offer expertise and the appropriate equipment to assist you in reducing muscle or joint pain, reducing inflammation, and then providing the appropriate level of strengthening and biomechanical strategies to reduce the stress to the affected areas and allow for complete healing. Many times surgery or continuous taking of medication can be prevented.
